1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DOAD ("the Platform"), whether as a livestream creator or an advertiser, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Platform & P2P Model
DOAD provides a software coordination protocol and real-time OBS browser overlay engine connecting livestream creators with sponsors and advertisers.
- All payments are transacted peer-to-peer (P2P) directly bank-to-bank via UPI between the advertiser and creator.
- DOAD does not take commission fees, hold client escrow, or process payments as a regulated payment aggregator.
- Creators retain full control over moderation, approving or rejecting any ad creative before it renders live on their stream.
3. Creator Responsibilities
Content creators using DOAD agree to:
- Maintain active OBS / Streamlabs browser source widgets during scheduled broadcasts.
- Provide accurate and valid UPI VPA IDs for direct payout reception.
- Review and moderate submitted ad creatives in good faith, approving appropriate ads and verifying UTR numbers before playback.
4. Advertiser Responsibilities & Content Standards
Advertisers purchasing ad slots agree to submit legitimate material. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or illegal activities.
- Adult content, sexually explicit material, or gambling promotions violating local laws.
- Fraudulent transaction claims or forged UTR reference numbers. Submission of false UTRs will result in permanent email blacklist.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
Advertisers retain ownership of their uploaded logos, text, and media assets, and grant creators and DOAD a non-exclusive license to display the assets on stream for the agreed campaign duration.
6. Limitation of Liability
DOAD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for streamer technical downtime, OBS browser source disconnects, or third-party bank UPI processing delays beyond our software control.
7. Changes to Terms & Inquiries
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of DOAD after changes constitutes acceptance. For inquiries, reach out to support@doad.co.
