Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Direct P2P Payment Structure

All payments on DOAD are direct bank-to-bank peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers made directly to the creator's personal UPI VPA.

2. Rejected Ads & Pre-Broadcast Cancellations

If a streamer rejects an ad request before broadcast, no payment claim is processed. If funds were transferred, advertisers may request a direct P2P refund from the streamer.

3. Completed Broadcasts

Once an ad creative has been approved by the streamer and rendered live on stream, the placement is non-refundable.
