General Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DOAD (the "Platform"), whether as a livestream creator or advertiser, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All transactions are transacted peer-to-peer (P2P) directly bank-to-bank via UPI.

2. Platform Architecture & Direct Payouts

DOAD provides software coordination and OBS browser overlay technology. DOAD does not collect or hold client funds in escrow, nor do we charge commission cuts on direct creator UPI transfers.

3. Service Availability

While we maintain 99.9% WebSocket uptime, DOAD is provided on an "as-is" basis. Creators are responsible for keeping their OBS browser sources connected during broadcasts.
